At 2:00 p.m. today, the eye of Typhoon "FRANK" was located by radar, satellite and surface data in the vicinity of Romblon (12.2°N 122.3°E) with maximum winds of 160 kph and gustiness of up to 195 kph.
It is forecast to move northwest at 11 kph.

i think everybody should be careful of bloods. especially leptus phyrosis, it can kill you during the bloods around mid manila.
specially on espanya near ust and in sucat paranaque. be careful fellows.
