My recap:The story tells that the easy company begins in toccoa with Leutenant Sobel who was promoted into a captain because on his ability to train units to improve skills and agility.
So far this story makes sense, I observed that sobel is more of a teacher than a combat leader, because his group always got killed in the training with other company, compare him to winters ill go for winters, Very well thinker, he has the master and commander ability, he has leadership, I felt sorry for him when he was designated as mess officer in 14 days by captain sobel, its an insult I believe, his tactics are impressive in terms of a good observer, the time when he said to Sobel that they are ambushed during the training, Sobel found out that they are on the wrong position. Wrong thing they were stucked. And they spread out and found out that they are ambushed well. This is a proof that Sobel will die in the battle while sleeping. Hahaha.
I saw here how rude sobel’s training, he made a perfect meal and that is spaghetti while eating, sobel enters the room, and said change to PT gear and run up currahee, well some of his men were vomiting, part of a military yeah but it was rude as I figured out.
On the Winters Court Marshall
I Believe Sobel forced winters to take the punishment because there was an order that he did not made, in able to end the conversation he request a trial by court marshall then Sobel’s ambition had doomed, feedbacks The E compony members or other members where alarmed and had a meeting involving those are Guarnere, Toye, Lipton, Randleman and Randy. They made a letter of resignation I believe to be out on Sobel’s command, agreed cause Sobel is not worth to be a combat leader, he is too clumsy I believe. They made a good decision.

Sobel was reassigned to jump I think it’s a military school, and he also serves a mess officer right there.
