After regrouping in the town of Angoville-au-Plain, Easy Company tries to capture the town of Carentan. Finally after just over three weeks, Easy Company is relieved and sent back to Aldbourne, England for two months.

Debut date: SUNDAY, SEPT. 16, 9pm/8c. Two days after D-Day, Easy Company is sent to take the town of Carentan, engaging in a successful battle that results in several casualties. Some soldiers, including Pvt. Blithe (Marc Warren), have a difficult time adjusting to combat. After 36 days in Normandy and several fierce battles, Easy returns to England, but their celebrations are short-lived, as news comes that they're moving out again

After the Dday its plus 20 easy took the town of carentan and hold it to cut the german's route that linking Utah and Omaha for reinforcements. they defend the town outside and cleared out the enemy units uphills using the tanks and a suppressing fire.

Harry welsch's elite force had moved toward carentan and captured the city in 2 hours i think, they suffered casualties specially out of the town. when they defend it against the krauts that are wanting to get the town back.

Winters suggested to welsch that they should hold the line. yes they stopped the krauts but suffered lots of wounded men. including albert blithe in these series.

i like the plan they hold the line til the Armored division arrives in the main battle so the krauts fell back to there retreat area.
